Held entries reserve credits we hold on a customer's behalf (owed under an ERPA but not yet transferred) and reduce Available to Sell. When credits are transferred to the customer, mark the entry Delivered and record the volume in the Sales Delivered table — Delivered entries stop reducing availability (the Sales table captures them), preventing double counting in the other direction.
